Introducing our fall collection of hand embroidered 
ponchos we have named "Pirouettes". Embroidered with
a French technique known as "Broderie de Favor" -
a style which boasts of its popular aristocratic French
origins. Broderie de favor was originally used by famous
dressmakers in France in the 1600's and then the
romantic technique of embroidered threads and rosettes
became popular in England during Queen Victoria's reign.

Our interpretation of this French style of embroidery in
the Pirouettes uses hand embroidered chenille custom
threads to create a gorgeous floral design that wraps
across the poncho, sheer and elegant.  Perfection.
