Return Policy & Restrictions

All of us at Randi & Will strive to make your purchase perfect, we carefully inspect each item before it is packed to insure there are no hidden defects. Your item is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. In the event you wish to return your purchase we accept only new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Please refer to the return policy below

  • Merchandise may be returned within 3 days of receipt except for Last Chance items.
  • Return items must be unused and returned in perfect condition in the original  packaging to ensure a full refund
  • Shipping charges are non refundable 
  • Refunds will be made within 7-10 days after merchandise  has been received
  • All shipping charges on returns must be prepaid by the customer and can be shipped by the carrier of choice. Please track your return as we cannot be responsible for items not received.
  • Before shipping any item you will need to request a return authorization or return will be refused. Please contact customer service for a return authorization number.
  • Returned merchandise must have been purchased through the Randi & Will Collection retail website only, any other returns must be handled at the retail store where it was purchased.

Damaged Merchandise

  • Damaged merchandise must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
  • Please contact customer service to obtain a return authorization.
  • Any item reported after 2 days will not be eligible for a return or replacement.

Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all purchases over $100.
  • All items in stock will ship within 7 days of purchase.
  • Our standard shipping is ups ground, kindly allow between 2-5 days for your delivery to arrive within the Continental U.S.
  • Free shipping is not available for air shipments.

Air Shipments - USA Canada and Mexico

  • Overnight express air shipments are available on all orders in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
  • Minimum charge for air shipments is $35, we request you email customer service to discuss air shipments.

Sales Tax

  • Florida residents - 6% sales tax added to orders.
